GENERAL FAQ’S:

How do I register for an account?
Go to the upper left corner of the website and click 'JOIN'.  The link will take you to a form to enter your name, email, and create a password.

When you register and create your account with lufli.com, we’ll store your name, address, and phone number so that the checkout process is fast and easy. You’ll also be able to check your order history and change your password. Please rest assured that all of your personal information is secure. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how your personal information is secured with the latest encryption technology and processing services.  We will never sell your personal information, or use it in any way except to fulfill you order.

I forgot my account password. How can I log in?

When you click on 'LOGIN' enter your email address then click on “Forgot your password?”. You will receive a new email to create a new password. Click on the link in the email and you will be directed back to Lufli.com to create a new password. If you need assistance with this process, call 800-311-6879 or email us at info@lufli.com, and we can help you reset your password.

How do I use my promo code?
Simply type the promotion code in the box labeled 'Discount' in the shopping cart, and the discount will be applied to your order.

How do I redeem my E-Gift Card?
You will receive your E-Gift Card through an email sent to you.  The email will contain instructions to click on a link to view or print your E-Gift Card.  Your E-Gift Card will have an alpha-numeric code on the front.  Customers input their gift card code in the 'Gift Card or Discount Code Box'.  Once you enter the gift card code, you must click Apply.  The gift card amount will be deducted from your total before you proceed to shipping, and then checkout.


Is Gift Wrapping an option?
We are happy to gift wrap your package for any occasion!  Just let us know in the order comment section when you place your order and add gift wrap to your order.  Gift wrap is $5.00 extra charge.


When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours if the product is in stock. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. If product is not available for immediate shipping, we will contact you to discuss the options to complete the order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. An order placed after Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Where is my order confirmation?
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder, and add info@lufli.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your status by signing into My Account on our website. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to email info@lufli.com or call 1-800-311-6879.

How do I make a return?
We make it easy! Call or email us to verify that you qualify for a return.  If you qualify (please see returns and shipping policy) we will email you a prepaid return label.  Just click on the return label link and follow the instructions to print and use the return label.

Can I return or exchange sale items?
Yes all sale items shipped in the US can be returned. Please click on Returns & Exchanges here for more information and instructions.


When I enter my personal information during registration or checkout, is it secure? Our hosting company Shopify has a Secure Socket Layer protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded. In addition Shopify is one of the industry leading payment processors and is certified to be PCI compliant and secure. For your information, we do not store, sell, or rent any customer information.


Why is my credit card information not being accepted?
If your credit card fails authorization, make sure you are using a valid credit card, and double check that the billing address and zip code you entered matches the account billing address on file with your credit card company.  The billing address is on your credit card statement or listed on your credit card online account.  Also try re-entering your CID or security code. If the information is correct, and an error message is received after another attempt, call your credit card company to see if there are issues with your card. You may want to try another form of payment, or call us at 1-800-311-6879 for assistance.


Are our products guaranteed?
Yes!  Our products are 100% guaranteed. At lufli.com, we have gone to great lengths to secure brands that are beautiful and of good quality. We hope that you will enjoy your new handbag or accessory and that it will fulfill your needs for style and functionality.
