Returns & Exchanges
Love it or return it! If you are not 100% satisfied, we will happily accept returns or exchanges of merchandise shipped within the Continental US for a full refund of purchase price of merchandise (except Final Sale items as indicated on product page), for up to 30 days from delivery date for all brands (except Zelli and Wabags brand), and up to 15 days after delivery date for Zelli and Wabags brand. Please inspect the bag and make sure you will keep it before you use the bag. All merchandise returned must be unused and in resellable condition for a full refund.
Hawaii and Alaska-
All Merchandise returned from customers in Hawaii and Alaska will qualify for returns for up to 15 days from delivery, for a full refund of the purchase price of merchandise minus return shipping cost (except Final Sale items as indicated on product page). Please inspect the bag and make sure you will keep it before you use the bag. All merchandise returned must be in resellable condition for a full refund. We are sorry but returns from Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for free return shipping.
Final Sale Items-
Clearance Sale items at rock bottom prices, too good to pass up, ending in .99 cents or Coupon Code Sale on items already marked down will be FINAL SALES ONLY, no returns!
All sales to all US Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) and all International destinations will be considered FINAL SALES ONLY, and will not be eligible for returns and exchanges due to higher shipping costs, but will be insured for shipping damage and USPS delivery guarantee.
Return & Exchange Instructions
We will try to make your return as easy as possible! Please call us at 1-800-311-6879 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for a return or exchange. Authorization for all returns and exchanges is required, so that we can send you a pre-paid return label for proper processing and shipping in the Continental US. A pre-paid return label will be provided to you by email. Please click on the link in the email to print and use the return label within 24 hours. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment after the merchandise is received by Lufli and we process the return. Merchandise returned must be in resellable condition for a full refund, minus the $5.00 return fee (for Continental US customers) or actual return shipping cost (for Hawaii and Alaska). Please return the merchandise in the original box with the corresponding pre-paid return label and drop off to USPS or arrange for a pickup from USPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to process.
